1.	Fermentation Technology/Biotechnology	M.E./M.Tech. (Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering/Fermentation Technology/ Bio Technology) with three years of relevant experience Or Ph.D. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/Fermentation Technology/ Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology + computer literacy. Experience in the area of upstream and downstream processing of biopharmaceuticals, recombinant microbial fermentations and Product development as evidenced by publications in peer reviewed journals/ patents
2.	Clinical Microbiology	PhD (science) in Microbiology / Biotechnology with two years of relevant experience + Work experience in BSL-3 containment facility. Research experience related to mycobacteria, bacterial pathogenesis, generating mutants, microbial immunity and screening of compounds for the drug discovery as evidenced by publications in peer reviewed journals/ patents
3.	Intellectual Property Management	M.E./M.Tech. (Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering) with three years of relevant experience Or Ph.D (Science). in Chemical Sciences/ Biological Sciences with two years of relevant experience Or Ph.D.(Engg.) in Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering + Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in IPR/Patent with experience in claim structuring/IP ownership/ administration agreements and/or commercialization. Candidate needs to have good writing and oral communication skills with computer literacy.
4.	Business Development	M.E./M.Tech. (Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biotechnology) Or Ph.D. submitted (Science) in Chemical Sciences/ Biological Sciences + Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in management/business development related areas Experience in industrial/ institutional business development activities such as liaison with different stakeholders, business negotiations, drafting of MoUs, technology transfer, contract management and financial management. Candidate needs to have good writing and oral communication skills with computer literacy.
