Educational Qualification:

Project Director	Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent Experience: Minimum 12 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least the 2 years in supervisory/ management position and 2 years in Digital Cable TV Distribution Sector Experience in supervising, leading and managing 25 or more Team members Experience in project implementation/ monitoring and coordination with state/ central government will be given preference
2.	Assistant Project Director	Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent Experience: Minimum 8 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least 2 years in Cable TV Distribution Sector Experience in supervising, leading and managing 5 or more Team members Experience in project implementation/ monitoring and coordination with state/ central government will be given preference
3.	IT Manager	Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer/ IT) OR MCA OR equivalent Experience Minimum 6 Years of overall Experience in the Managing and supporting the IT infrastructure
4.	Project Executive	Diploma (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
